Avocado and Pineapple Smoothie

 

This Pineapple & Avocado Smoothie is something different, super healthy and very enjoyable. 

My kids drink this so fast and ask for more! It is not like other green smoothies that make kids say YUCK at the end of it.

Here is what you need to make 4 cups worth;

  • 1 pineapple, about 600g after peeled and core removed
  • 1 large hass avocado, about 250g of flesh, not the skin!
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 15ml raw honey [not really needed but optional]
  • Ice Cubes, 3-4 [optional]

Method:

Place all above in your blender, and go for it.. Blend those babies up and serve. 

Fast, simple and super healthy. I like to top them off with some chia seeds for a little crunch :-)
